Justin leads Precursor’s project execution with more than 25 years of experience spanning New York City, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and New Orleans. Known for blending creative clarity with operational precision, his expertise encompasses hotel and F&B concepting, owner representation, budgeting, SOP development, and team building — working in close collaboration with designers, operators, and trades throughout every phase of a project.

Through Precursor’s founding client work, Justin led the concepting, development, launch, and operational execution of two luxury boutique hotels in New Orleans — shaping the guest journey, operating framework, and identity of each property from the ground up.

With more than 25 years in the industry, he specializes in luxury hotel management with a focus on operations, revenue performance, repositioning, and brand development — helping boutique properties sharpen their market position and elevate the guest experience.

His background includes senior roles with Meads Bay Hotel Group, Life House Hotels, Bridgetown Holdings, TravelClick, and Hotel on Rivington, where he oversaw portfolios, renovations, revenue transformation, and high-value partnership growth. MarcAnthony believes that the communities surrounding a property are not backdrop — they are the lifeblood of it. The best hotels are built with their neighborhoods, not simply placed inside them.
